CONNIE INGHAM, Treasurer SWI: E-mail,
Connie's BIO: Connie was born in Philadelphia, and raised in Levittown, a suburb north of the
city. She began her TWA career in September, 1970, arriving in Chicago just in
time for the one-day strike…hmmmm! Connie transferred to JFK in 1975 but for some
fortuitous reason, she chose to live in Boston, where she met and married hubbie,
Michael. Commuting began in earnest as Mike’s job transfers required many moves.
Connie was also based in STL and BOS and served briefly as an FSM, but quickly
realized that the little seniority she possessed was being wasted. She retired
in August, 1999 and settled with Mike on Cape Cod. Connie has served as SWI-BOS
Chapter Chairperson, and is still serving the public as a volunteer driver for
the American Cancer Society’s Road to Recovery Program and working part-time as
a tour guide for a local travel company. |
